Sales Terms

These terms apply when you buy from Sculpted Digital. Please read them before you order. If anything is unclear, ask us first at hello@sculpteddigital.co.

1. Who we are

Sculpted Digital is a trading name of KLM Digital Consulting Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16855231. Contact: hello@sculpteddigital.co. In these terms “we” and “us” mean Sculpted Digital, and “you” means the person or business buying.

2. What we sell

• Audits. A Website + Conversion Audit, Meta Ads Audit, Search + AI Visibility Audit, or Full Digital Audit. Each is a fixed-price written report.
• Playbooks. Digital downloads in PDF form.
• Bespoke work. Website design + development, Strategy + Roadmap, Execution Partner, Embedded Growth Partner and AI Team Setup. These are scoped and agreed with you in writing before work starts.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling on the website. We are not currently VAT registered, so prices do not include VAT. If that changes, we will say so on the site before it affects an order. Audits and playbooks are paid for in full at checkout. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

4. Audits

We deliver the written report within 5 to 7 business days. That period starts once we have the access and information we need to carry out the audit, and we will tell you straight away if something is missing. An optional call is available. An audit is advice based on the information available at the time. We do not guarantee particular results.

5. Playbooks

A playbook is delivered by download link after payment. It is licensed to you for use within your own business. You may not resell, share or publish it. Because a playbook is digital content supplied immediately, you agree that it starts to be supplied as soon as you download it. If you are a consumer, you therefore lose your right to cancel once the download has begun. If a file is faulty or does not open, tell us and we will fix it or refund you.

6. Playbook credit

If you buy a playbook and later buy the matching audit, or an AI Team Setup in the case of the DTC AI Team Playbook, the price of the playbook comes off. How to claim the credit is shown at checkout.

7. Refunds and cancellation

If we do not deliver an audit within the period in section 4, you may cancel and we will refund what you paid for it. Once an audit report has been delivered we do not refund it, unless it contains a material error that we cannot put right. Bespoke work is covered by the written agreement for that work.

8. Your responsibilities

You must give us accurate information and the access we reasonably ask for, and you must have the right to share it with us.

9. Intellectual property

You own your own data and materials. We own our methods, templates and the content of our playbooks. A delivered report is licensed to you for use within your own business.

10. Confidentiality

We keep the information you give us confidential and use it only to do the work. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

11. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses or for loss of profit, revenue or business, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. If you are a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom may also use the courts of the place where they live.
